Hello! I’m a New York City-based writer and editor. Most recently, I was a senior editor at Hell Gate, where I assigned and edited blogs, Q&As, essays, reported stories, and features. I was one of the editors for Hell Gate’s award-winning Table of Success, a collaboration with Type Investigations that detailed the key players in New York City Mayor Eric Adams’s orbit, and was the lead editor for Courts of Contempt, a project about the broken process by which New York City’s judges are selected.
Before Hell Gate, I was a senior politics reporter at Jezebel, where I wrote a lot about abortion and trans rights. I’ve also written feature stories for outlets like New York Magazine and Buzzfeed News (RIP).
